What are considered good photos?

Can I include more than one pet in my portrait?
Yes! You can include up to four pets in a single portrait. Simply select the number of pets before adding to your cart and upload a photo for each. Each additional pet adds a small design fee to cover extra artwork time.
Can I combine pets from different photos?
Absolutely. Upload separate photos for each pet and we’ll compose them together into one cohesive portrait. Just make sure each photo follow our guidelines!
What materials are used for the prints and frames?
Our portraits are printed on museum-grade paper using archival-quality inks. Frames are made of durable MDF wood and come in black, white, or walnut finishes.
Orders/Returns/Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
Because each portrait is custom-made, we’re unable to offer refunds once an order is in production. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us — we’ll make it right.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are not accepted for personalized items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
Can I change my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has started, we’re unable to make changes.
Can I preview my custom pet portrait?
Yes! We’ll send you a digital preview before printing, and you can request up to 3 revisions to make sure you’re completely happy with the final result.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please contact us within a few days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll review it right away and arrange a replacement if eligible.
Shipping and Payment Methods
How is the price calculated for multiple pets?
The base price includes one pet. Each additional pet adds a small fee (for example, +$10 per extra pet). The final price adjusts based on the number of pets selected and applies to all frame sizes and materials.
If I ordered multiple products, will they arrive together?
Not always. Some of our items are made and shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. Don’t worry if your order arrives in multiple packages — you’ll receive tracking updates for each one.
